Orders are prepared within 2 days of confirmation. Once your order has been prepared, it is handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.

OUR PROCESS
At Feuillée, every order is prepared with the same attention to detail and production standard. Once your order has been confirmed, it enters our preparation process.

DELIVERY
All orders are shipped with UPS. Delivery generally takes 1 to 3 days following dispatch.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping is complimentary on all orders. All shipping costs are fully covered by Feuillée.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International shipping is not currently available. We are preparing to introduce international delivery in the near future.

UNCOLLECTED ORDERS
Orders that are not collected by the recipient may result in the initiation of the applicable legal process.

PRODUCTION STANDARD
Feuillée does not apply a separate production standard to special or personalised orders. All Feuillée products are produced according to the same standard.
